Pathfinder Reception (exclusive) ....... ..$7,500
The Massachusetts Computer Using Educators presents the annual Pathfinder Awards which honor Massachusetts educators and leaders who have demonstrated leadership in their ability to find an effective pathway for planning and integrating the uses of technologies in education. We would like you to consider helping us present this unique award to educators in the field of technology. The reception to honor the 2003 award recipients and present their awards will be held on Wednesday evening.

President’s Reception ............................ $2,500
MassCUE’s president will hold a reception for the MassCUE board, Special Interest Leaders (SIGs) the conference committee, and invited guests & state-wide leaders after the Pathfinder Award Ceremony.

Conference Closing Ceremony ............. $2,500

At the end of the conference, on Thursday afternoon, conference attendees will be invited for refreshments at a closing ceremony. 5 Zire 71 Handheld Computers and Vendor donations will be raffled.

Handheld Computer Support .................... $5,000

Every attendee will receive a handheld computer, loaded with the conference program and classroom handheld tools. We are taking quite an economical risk by doing this as we model the use of this important tool in educations future. Support an educator by contributing to the cost of the handheld computers that each participant will receive as part of their conference materials.

Refreshments

There are a variety of opportunities to provide refreshments. All attendees look forward to eating!

Presenters’ Breakfast & Registration Fees ................... $15,000
Each year MassCUE covers the conference day expenses of its workshop presenters. Last year we waived the registration fees for over 200 educators who contributed to the conference workshop schedule.

Volunteers’ Registration Fees ..................... $3,000
Each year MassCUE covers the conference day expenses of its conference committee and other conference volunteers.

Shuttle Buses................................................... $2,000
Once the hotel parking lot is filled, participants are shuttled back and forth between the hotel and a satellite parking area.

Company Logo on Conference Bag ............... $1,200

MassCUE will provide each participant with a conference bag with MassCUE’s logo on one side. On the other side will be the logo of each of the companies that donates $1,200 toward the production of the bag. A good opportunity to see your company logo every where you look!!!
